We now have our year's supply of jam!! YAHOO!!! I love that I had enough raspberries to add to the mix this year! Hopefully we can make this a yearly thing! I got to take home a 3rd of this pile!
Megan - sister-in-law - and I today made 20 batches of jam!! Flavors include raspberry, strawberry, and apricot. YUMMMO!!! As always, the first batch is where you get to make all the mistakes. Luckily the only mistake made was no lemon juice. It will take a little while longer to see if they stiffen up, but hey! It's at least all edible!
Now we wait for my plums to ripen...more jam!!
